Philipa trained for ministry at Westcott House within an ecumenical context. She is absolutely committed to working with people of differing denominations, viewing the challenges and delights as ‘practising for heaven!’.
The Rectory houses a small community of changing guests and boisterous creatures who are part of the extended family.
She flees her office at every opportunity, preferring to be out and about in the community.
Philipa is interested in maths puzzles, walking (with dogs), riding and has recently been taught to knit by members of the congregation, anxious that she should pursue a relaxing activity. Her current challenge is to walk, talk and knit at the same time!
